No, as safety is our priority. The number of vehicle seats must match all passengers, including children. In certain cases, a discount may apply—please check with us.

Yes, you can amend your trip route if the change is requested within the permitted cancellation period.

3- Can I cancel my trip’s reservation for free?

Yes you can, if the cancellation is requested within the permitted cancellation period.

4- Can I add extra nights to my trip in Jordan?

Yes you can, it’s subject to availability and prior arrangement. An additional cost may apply.

5- Do you offer hotel accommodation in Jordan (e.g., Amman, Petra, Aqaba)?

Yes we do, we handle hotel reservations throughout Jordan, including these cities.

7- Can I upgrade my transfer vehicle in Jordan?

Yes you can, the quoted rates are for Premium Business Class vehicles, which can be upgraded to a Luxury First Class VIP vehicle.

Upgrades are subject to availability, prior arrangement and an additional cost.

8- How much does it cost to upgrade to a Luxury First Class VIP vehicle?

The additional costs are listed in "Extras" under the selected rate details.

10- How do I book a private Luxury First Class VIP transfer for my tour in Jordan?

You can book a private transfer in a luxury First Class VIP vehicle for a more exclusive experience. Add this service from the "Extras" section while selecting your tour rate and date.

11- How do I add a Licensed tour guide service to my Jordan tour booking?

To add it, go to the “Extras” section in the Rate box and select the requested extra by choosing number '1'.

12- What types of vehicles are used for your tours in Jordan?

You will have the option to choose between two types of vehicles (cars & vans):

15- What is the minimum and maximum number of people for this tour?

Minimum: one traveler. 

Maximum: 5-6 people. 

Note: For groups larger than 6, please contact us for a custom rate.

16- Can you handle more travelers than the maximum shown and how do I know the price?

Yes, please send us the total number of participants (adults & children with ages) and we will provide you with a custom rate.

18- What is your cancellation policy and how do I cancel my reservation?

Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully for full details and cancellation instructions.

• • • Flexible cancellations: Free cancellation up to [10 days] before your scheduled pick-up time  → Full refund (minus any payment processing fees).
    • Late cancellations: [100]% fee for cancellations within [9 days] of your scheduled pick-up time → No refund.
    • No-shows: Full rental amount will be charged.
    • Special circumstances: We may waive fees for emergencies (with documentation).

How to Cancel?

         – Booking confirmation number.
         – Lead passenger name.

Important Notes: 

• • Only the booking owner can cancel (using original booking email).
  • Our team cannot process cancellation requests by phone/chat for security reasons.

Late/Missed Pickups: 
No-shows and late arrivals are considered last-minute cancellations and full rental amount will be charged.
